Recommend a Landlord

  • The Recommend a Landlord Scheme is only payable where the recommended landlord is not already known to us e.g past/existing landlord or has already enquired about our services.
  • The Recommend a Landlord scheme is designed to allow you to recommend Choice Lets & Estates Ltd to friends, colleagues, neighbours or family members that you believe are interested in renting out their property. In order to do this you are required to provide us with their contact telephone details (home and mobile) and e mail address (if known). It is important that you have the recipient's permission to provide their contact details to us. If you are not sure they would be happy to receive the offer from us then you should not provide their details. You are asked to confirm that you have the recipient's permission to provide their details each time you make a referral.
  • The 50 Recommend a Landlord reward will be paid to you once the person being recommended has instructed us to let out the property and we have successfully found a tenant. It will only be paid once and not for any subsequent property transactions of the same recommended person/s.
  • A maximum of five referral payments per customer per year (equivalent of 250) will be paid.
  • The 50 referral payment will be transferred to the nominated bank account of the referrer within 14 days of the receommended landlord's property being tenanted/occupied by a tenant found by Choice Lets & Estates Ltd.
  • Any personal data collected during the Recommend a Landlord process will be collected, stored and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • This offer is not available to employees of Choice Lets & Estates Ltd.
  • Choice Lets Ltd are under no obligation to take an instruction from a recommended landlord.
  • Referrals from private individuals only. Any business (or suspected commercial) referrals will not be accepted. Choice Lets & Estates Ltd opinion and decision are final.
  • This offer may be withdrawn or amended at any time.
